Pop-Up Parent Ed: Understanding Temperament

Join a licensed Parent Educator online for topic-specific information based on research. Feel free to enjoy your lunch with your camera on or off. You will leave with take-away tips to add to your parenting toolbox.

After the 30-minute class the parent educator will take questions for those who choose to stay up to 15 additional minutes. Participants will receive a follow-up email including resources and responses to all inquiries.

Understanding Temperament - Every child is born with their own unique temperament that influences how they interact with the world. In this online class, parents of children ages 0–5 will learn about different temperament traits, how they affect behavior, and ways to respond to their child’s individual needs. Gain practical strategies to strengthen your relationship, reduce daily frustrations, and support your child’s development by working with their temperament rather than against it.
