Under the instruction of Patricia Young, with the American Taekwondo Association, students will improve their coordination, balance, strength, and agility while adults will benefit from improved memory, balance, and flexibility. This is an introductory course for students new to Taekwondo. Students who wish to continue Taekwondo lessons after completing this course should contact 4Kicks Family Taekwondo for further information. One adult may attend and participate with the child at no extra charge. Classes are held at 4Kicks Taekwondo, 4915 Hwy 52 NW, Frontage Road, on the north side of the Slumberland building. Driveway entrance is between Slumberland and State Farm and the door is between the Detour Athletics door and the Slumberland pick-up door. **Students should bring a bottle of water and wear gym type clothing to class.
