Rooted in Stone: Agate Slice Beaded Wire Tree

Design a striking wire tree sculpture rooted on a beautiful agate slice in this nature-inspired workshop. Participants will learn how to twist and shape wire into a tree form, then add beads to create colorful leaves or seasonal accents. The agate base adds natural texture and makes each piece uniquely beautiful. Participants will take home a completed beaded wire tree on an agate slice. All materials and tools are provided. *Basic wire wrapping expereince requried. Prior to attending this session, consider taking one of the wire wrapping classes Amrita offers.

Amrita Prakaashana is a Rochester, MN-based artist with over 20 years of experience working with metal and collaborating with others to teach, learn, and create art. A central part of Amrita's identity is her creativity. She founded Artria Jewelry to design and handcraft wearable and decorative art that is both sustainable and accessible to all.
