Sgraffito Cup or Vase

Sgraffito is the art of scratching into the surface of clay to make an intricate design, pattern, or illustration. This is a 2-part class. The first evening we will hand build a cup or vase. The second evening is when we really scratch the surface of your project. Zentangle designs work well for this project. Bring a favorite pattern you would like to transfer onto your piece. Pattern suggestions will be available for you to use. All materials will be provided. Your project will be glazed by the instructor and ready for pick up later.
