Students will learn stroke fundamentals, develop footwork, game strategies, shot selection, and specialty skills. Table tennis is not only fun but helps to improve hand-eye coordination, mental awareness, reflexes, and core muscles. It will keep your mind sharp and it's easy on the joints!
