Our goal of the School Age Child Care Program is to provide a variety of developmentally appropriate activities including arts/crafts, STEM activities, self-directed play, field trips, library, tech time, physical activities (indoor/outdoor), community service, and to offer an environment where homework is encouraged. 2026 Summer SACC Contract (June 8,2025-August 7,2025) Registration open at Overland You will register for summer and school year care separately based on your family needs. Registrations are reviewed in the order they are received in our online system and can take up to ten (10) business days to process. Accounts that have an overdue balance will not be processed. 2026-2027 School Year Contract (August 26,2026-June 3,2027) Registration is open at all sites SACC CONTRACTS INCLUDE: Before School (AM) & After School (PM) Care Choose your own schedule (1 day required/contract) Drop-In (non-scheduled -less than 7 day notice) Non-School Enrichment Days(NSED) School Year Contract only Inclement Weather Days (IWD) School Year Contract only PAYMENT Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, credit/debit cards and bank accounts are all accepted as a payment options. All payments are made online in your SACC account. SACC bills bi-weekly for care that has been previously scheduled. IMMUNIZATIONS Current immunizations are required to attend. Sunshine and Roses: Step-By-Step Canvas Painting (Ages 3 & Up)Arts & CraftsJoin Sunshine and Roses Traveling Art Studio to paint and create on canvas! Classes are open to age 3 and up (adults too), and you do not need any painting experience! Ages 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult. These are fun paintings that even our youngest Picassos will enjoy creating! Choose class 1, 2, or both! Each class includes an 11x14 canvas, all supplies, and step-by-step instructions. ** Classes are back to back, and students taking both classes will stay in the room in between times. Additional Course Information: Unique: It's the word that comes to mind for this painting, each painting will be unique to the artist. Artists will have the opportunity to choose their own word, or even their name (students will be assisted with spelling etc.). Patriotic Heart: Show your love for the USA with this glitter heart! We will be using 2 different colors of glitter and gold paint to make this painting sparkle and shine. "Under the Sea" Ollie Octopus: Meet Ollie Octopus! Ollie is super fun to paint, and we will be doing some fun techniques to create the background. "Under the Sea" Bruce: Meet Bruce! Bruce is one cool dude with a great big smile! Bruce is from the movie "Finding Nemo." He is a great white shark who leads a support group for sharks trying to quit eating fish, with the motto "Fish are friends, not food." Support GroupsSupport groups are a gathering of people with common experiences or concerns who provide each other with encouragement, comfort, advice and support. Each class offers the ECFE class experience including parent and child time (PACT) followed by children's learning and play time and a parent discussion.
