Healthy Breathing TechniquesWellnessHealthy breathing is essential for our overall well-being; however, improving ingrained breathing habits can be challenging, as they reflect our current state of Body, Mind, and Spirit. Instead of short-term conscious breathing techniques, we teach you how to naturally transition to lower belly, diaphragmatic breathing, which can positively impact your everyday life. This is an introductory program to the renowned Seokmun Hoheup [suk-moon-ho-who(b)] breathing practice. Bring your mat. Please note: This program is not affiliated with the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Min is independently volunteering his time to share breathing practices with the public as part of his commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.2026 Fall Adult Catalog -
