Competitive Volleyball

Join our class for an evening of competitive adult volleyball. Students of this class build upon the skills of this sport in a positive supportive environment by playing the game. Coaching on skills can be requested and is often offered by the instructor and other students during game play.

Prerequisites:

1. Students should have a general understanding of the rules for volleyball and be willing to abide by them.

2. Students should be able to perform basic volleyball skills (Bumping, Setting, Spiking, and Serving).

The structure of each class starts out with a 10-minute warm-up time, followed by games made up of random teams.
