Spanish Tapas and Wine

We will create 4 Spanish Tapas, go over the recipes, and pair them with wine. On the menu are: Tortilla Española, Empanadas, Salmorejo (A Thicker version of Gazpacho), Butternut Squash, and Chorizo Skewers. Wine only served to those 21+ with valid ID.
